UG-Series Special Materials Laser Marking System
Laser Marking System For Highly Sensitive & Specialized Substrates
The UG-Series, “Green” laser marking system is designed to mark highly reflective materials or highly sensitive substrates like printed circuit boards (PCB) with ease and precision.
The UG-Series, 532nm, Green Laser Marking Systems are perfect for softer plastics, PCB Boards, IC Chips and for scribing or marking of Solar Cells of various material compositions. RMI Laser was one of the pioneers of this technology and have used that experience to develop a laser marker that our customers rave about.
The inherent advantages of the 532nm wavelength are greater absorption across a wider range of materials, along with mitigated thermal energy allowing it to mark substrates that 1064nm Near-IR lasers simply cannot. Along with these advantages, the UG-Series has very tight spot sizes with the smallest being around 10um.
The UG-Series is available in 2 watts and 5 watts with an industry leading complete 3 year warranty.
